Massage Therapy is used to manipulate clients’ soft tissues and joints to treat injuries
and promote general wellness. Massage is used to reduce tension, improve circulation, or just to relax.

Our Services

Chair Massage
20 minute chair massage. Good for working on specific areas, usually shoulders,
back and neck.
Table Massage
Therapeutic, Swedish, surgical scar massage (top surgery scar), lymphatic drainage, deep tissue and sport massage.
We offer 30/60/90 minute table massage appointments.
Future additional add-ons will include;

• Hot/cold treatment-warming gel, hot towels and cooling (bio freeze) that penetrate deep into muscles.
• Aromatherapy with a variety of scents to choose from.
• Salt scrub for feet or hands
